Mrs. McKinley
Mrs. McKinley attended college at Hannibal-LaGrange College in Hannibal, MO where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary English Education. She taught 9-12 Language Arts, Yearbook,Creative Writing, and coached Junior High Girl’s Basketball at Braymer C-4 from August 2005 – May 2007. Then she taught 11th grade Language Arts at Trenton R-9 High School from August 2007 – May 2008. She then moved to West Des Moines, IA and worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Senior Analyst. In August 2009, she joined the faculty at Benton High School teaching 11th grade Language Arts. After three wonderful years at Benton, Mrs. McKinley decided that it was time to be closer to home. She accepted a position teaching 6th grade English Language Arts at Cameron Middle School.
In her free time, Mrs. McKinley enjoys running, backpacking, traveling, biking, baking, reading, and spending time with family.
